MAN BY WOMAN

It's been way to long since I did a series with a guy. The last one is this one that I did more than a year ago. As my boyfriend and photo oracle said: it's really nice to see a woman shooting guys as the majority of published photos are of women. 

I completely agree with him and maybe the fact that a year has already passed since my last post in the 'man by woman' series supports that notion as well. So I was quite excited to shoot Tobias Hinke at the the beautiful concept store Rue Verte. I hope you will enjoy this intimate series focusing on getting a little closer, bare skin, burned tones and a raw and natural look.

About a month ago I did a quick streetstyle shoot with model/actress Isabell Röden.
We shot 4 summer styles in 5 degrees in the Meatpacking District in Copenhagen.
Here is a small selection of photos and also my first 'Behind the Photoshoot' video (in the bottom).
This video is made with the purpose of opening up for people to see the process of how some of these photos were made. Please let me know if you have ideas for things to include in the future, or general feedback and subscribe if you want to keep posted.

The video is shot on a Canona 80D and as a 'vlog'.
Doing these sort of educational videos is something I will try to do more in the future.
Eventually in better quality and providing more info about the settings and general personal tips.
But first I have to get over the shyness and akwardness of standing in front of the camera and talk with my lisping!

Last weekends birthday celebration resulted in portrait session with my youngest cousin Rasmus, created form the thought of  'lets see what we can get with 5 minutes'. This is what we got.

Gear. Canon 5D mk iii and a Canon EF 35mm f/1.4L. 

I prefer shooting portraits with a 50mm or a 85mm lens, but only had the 35mm at hand. My wish was to create some clean, simple portraits and a edit focusing on darker tones to create dept and intensity.

Maybe it's because he is family, but I think he is gorgeous and I'm sure it's not the last time I'll be creating photos with him! Thanks for letting me capture you cuz!
